Co. Down singer-songwriter CeeV has today released her new single, ‘Twenty Three’.
An artist with quite an interesting backstory (studied songwriting at BIMM, played in several bands in Manchester, moved to Ottawa and then home to Newry), CeeV is one for the future. On ‘Twenty Three’, her songwriting shines through on a track orchestrated to captivate the listener, with subtle piano and violin perfectly complementing the guitar.
Speaking about her new single, CeeV said, “Twenty Three is a story. But it’s also a lesson. It shows two different perspectives of leaving a relationship. One might think it’s the end of the world but the other knows there is a future out there for both of you even though it’s apart.”
