Stephen McCloskey has a journeyman’s background, but he may have just found the road home.
Having been part of several successful local bands in the past, including Watershed, The Dead Waits and The Hunky McCoy’s Blues Band, he’s going it alone and so far, it sounds like an excellent decision.
Released in late November 2019, Whatever is Stephen’s debut EP. Having released two singles in 2017 and played The Academy in 2018, the only way is up in 2020.
Comprising of three tracks, Whatever is a snippet of the talent Stephen possesses. This bluesy rock nugget sparkles with touches of upbeat piano, flashes of folk and of course, ripping guitar solos.
