Another day, another great debut track by a new Irish band. This time around it’s SOMEFINN with their alternative ode, ‘Starlet’s Dream’.
Led by Paul Finn, formerly of Irish Choice Music Prize nominees The Flaws, SOMEFINN consists of Finn on vocals/lead guitar, David Marron on guitar, Paul Markey on bass, Paul Carolan on drums, and Darren Finn on keyboards/guitar.
‘Starlet’s Dream’ is the first single to be released from SOMEFINN’s debut album …Tsk, Tsk…. A song about “self-doubt in the face of a critical and cynical world,” Finn says, “Starlet’s Dream is also about understanding how our weaknesses become strengths.”
