Protomartyr, Detroit’s formidable post-punk rockers, have announced that a new album, Formal Growth in the Desert is on the way. They’ve also dropped a delicious taster…
‘Make Way’, the first single released from Formal Growth in the Desert which is out on Domino on June 2nd, is a continuation of the recent Protomartyr sound.
Of the album, lead singer Joe Casey said, “The desert is more of a metaphor or symbol of emotional deserts, or a place or time that seems to lack life.”
