Another Love Story has announced its full 2024 line-up. This year, the festival celebrates 10 years at Killyon Manor, Co. Meath between August 23rd – 25th.
Among the first acts announced were the German piano and electronic duo Grandbrothers who will bring their signature blend of melody and rhythms to Further Afield. Joining them on that now-storied stage, which sits so snugly on the glorious back lawns of The Manor, is one of the festival’s all-time favourite acts, Jape. John Francis Flynn and Kíla are also set to appear while Muireann Bradley – who you may have seen on Jools Holland – will also make her festival debut.
ALS has a tasty array of electronic acts lined up, including Leafar Legov, Ireland’s truest musical chameleon New Jackson, Colleen ‘Cosmo’ Murphy, Markus Lambkin aka Shit Robot (who will be touring with LCD Soundsystem), UK DJ Hannah Holland and hero of the Irish underground Americhord.
Beyond this, Another Love Story promises the perfect blend of moods and atmospheres, with performances from the excellent Irish folk act Poor Creature (featuring Cormac from Lankum and Ruth from Landless), friend of the festival – RTÉ presenter and star of The Lost Brothers – Oisín Leech and David Kitt who will bring a full band show to the main stage.
Other acts to get excited about include emerging outfits Really Good Time alongside the textured ambient jazz-tinged stylings of R.F. Chaney, and the raucous full-body experience that is noise rock/techno act YARD.
